Oxus has been notified pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 in a letter dated 2 September 2004 that Fidelity International Limited and it direct and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now holds 11,059,095 ordinary shares representing 5.02% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
