Oxus has been notified pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 in a letter dated 5 October 2004 that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now holds 13,316,095 ordinary shares representing 6.04% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
