Oxus has been notified pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 in a letter dated 5 January 2005 that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now holds 15,206,095 ordinary shares representing 5.96% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company, which now stands at 255,054,836 ordinary shares.
