Oxus has been notified pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 in a letter dated 20 January 2005 that Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now holds 17,952,166 ordinary shares representing 7.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company, which now stands at 255,504,836 ordinary shares.
