Oxus was notified on 7th March 2005 pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 that The Capital Group Companies, Inc. on behalf of its affiliates, holds 11,600,000 ordinary shares representing 4.04 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company, the decrease in shareholding is a result of the recent reported increase in issued share capital.
