Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") received a correction notification from RAB Capital plc advising that its shareholding increased by 7,442,199 to 41,508,836. RAB Capital's holding represents approximately 14.5% of the issued share capital.

In addition, Oxus received notification on 1st April 2005 that RAB Capital plc have increased its shareholding by a further 2,400,000 ordinary shares and now holds 43,908,836 ordinary shares of the company representing 15.3% of the issued share capital.
