Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") received notification on 7 December 2005 pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 that RAB Capital plc, acting as investment manager for a number of commingled funds, has reduced its shareholding by 2,950,235 ordinary shares and now holds 55,681,188 ordinary shares of the company representing 19.34 % of the issued share capital.
