Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") received notification on 16 December 2005 pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 that RAB Capital plc, acting as investment manager for a number of commingled funds, has decreased it's shareholding by 2,000,000 ordinary shares and now holds 52,994,088 ordinary shares of the company representing 18.40 per cent of the issued share capital.
